Important Points regarding payment of Online Application/ processing fee
On Line Payment: Application/ Processing Fee can be paid through ATM cum Debit Card of any bank/ Credit Card of any bank/ Net Banking through any bank to make the online payment.
Off Line Payment: Download the preprinted Challan form for depositing application/processing fee by selecting Offline/Cash/Challan payment option and make the cash payment in any State Bank of India (SBI) branches only during bank working hours.
Bank charges in addition to the application / Processing Fee shall be born/paid by the candidates. iv) Application/ Processing Fee once paid will neither be refunded /transferred nor can be held in reserve for any other future selection process.
UPPCL Office Assistant & Stenographer Recruitment 2017: Educational Qualification & Age Limit
Graduate or equivalent qualification From a recognized University with Hindi Typing speed 30 w.p.m on Computer.
The age limit of applicants who applying for UPPCL Stenographer and Office Assistant recruitment should be between 21 to 40 years as on 01.07.2016

Stenographer Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/,Grade Pay : Rs. 2600/-
Office Assistant:2296 Posts, Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/,Grade Pay : Rs. 2600/-
Selection Process for UPPCL Recruitment
Exam will be conducted in two parts.
Part I:
Part 1 will be a computer based test in which 50 questions for 50 marks will be asked.
These questions will be based on computer knowledge.
There will be a negative marking of .25 marks.
It is compulsory to get 20 marks in part - 1 exam otherwise candidates will not be allowed to appear for part - 2 exam.
Marks of part - 1 will not be counted in the final selection process.

Important Note:
The UPPCL Exam whose forms were filled in 2016 has been postponed and is now scheduled to be conducted in 1st week of September 2017. All the students who applied for UPPCL Exam in 2016 can apply for the refund of money before 12th August 2017. Once the money is refunded, a candidate can not apply for this exam to be conducted in 2017.
